Service and Warranty

Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty applies solely to the initial purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
  • During the warranty period, repairs must be conducted exclusively by personnel authorized by the company.
  • If units are installed outside the municipal limits of the company's Authorized Service Center, it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the nearest authorized service center and transport the unit to the center at the purchaser's own cost and risk.
  • Calls made to the centralized helpline or Authorized Service Center, which involve only cleaning of the unit or its parts due to dust accumulation, general explanations, or software issues such as reading or installation problems, are not considered as defects. The company bears no responsibility for the quality of software used by the purchaser.
  • If any part of the unit requires repair, this warranty will remain valid for the remaining duration of the warranty period. The time taken for repairs and transit will not extend the warranty period.
  • If misuse or damage is detected by authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions will not apply. Repairs will then be chargeable and subject to spare parts availability.
  • If spares become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the purchaser must accept the company’s prevailing depreciation rules as a commercial solution.
  • If the company provides an extended warranty, the purchaser must register the warranty card with the nearest Authorized Service Center within two weeks of purchase at their own expense and risk.
  • Repairs during the warranty period will be conducted on a “Carry In” basis. The purchaser must bring the product to the Service Center. Transportation costs are not covered.

Warranty Exclusions

  • The product is not purchased from Tasveek@gmail.com.
  • Improper use or failure to follow the Instruction Manual, as determined by authorized service center/company personnel.
  • Defects caused by misuse, waterlogging, accidents, or negligence.
  • Modification or alteration of circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel.
  • Improper site/premises conditions that do not meet recommended operating standards.
  • Original serial number removed, obliterated, or altered.
  • Defects caused by lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or damage during transit.
  • Defects caused by pests, animals, or insects (e.g., rats, cockroaches).
  • Third-party claims, loss of records/data, or any economic losses (including profits).
  • Customer must back up hard disk contents before repair. The company is not responsible for data loss during service.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Third-party software, content, data, or links.
    • Normal wear and tear (camera lenses, batteries, displays, etc.).
    • Defects from accessories, software, or services not supplied by the company.
    • Issues caused by viruses, hacking, or unauthorized system access.
    • Battery defects from short-circuits, broken seals, or improper usage.

Important Note

Under no circumstances is the company liable for loss directly or indirectly caused by third-party claims, data loss, or economic damage. Customers are strongly advised to back up their devices before submitting them for repair.
